Palm Harbor Wellness Center offers the community a unique alternative to the standard health club. Incorporating physical fitness with wellness coaching allows clients to experience a total wellness transformation of the mind, body, and spirit. A staff of wellness coaches and personal trainers implement medically based exercise programs and oversee routines as guests pedal aboard cardio equipment, sweat through circuit-training stations, and heave free weights within the fully furnished gym. The center boasts more than 40 group fitness classes per week, during which experienced instructors lead groups through yoga poses, Zumba twirls, and kickboxing strikes. Before or after a workout, clients can choose from a variety of customized massages to help soothe or strengthen the body.
