Since 1985, Trolley Tours of Cleveland has shuttled more than one million riders around the city aboard its fleet of open-air, bright-red trolleys. Winding along an approximately 20-mile route, the city tour showcases some of Cleveland's most iconic sights, including the Victorian homes of Ohio City, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and downtown, where an eclectic mix of modern and historic architecture stretches skyward to amaze passersby and to high-five low-orbiting superheroes. Personable, professionally trained guides accompany the nationally known tour with Cleveland-centered facts and stories.

Aside from untangling urban avenues with informational junkets, Trolley Tours of Cleveland also makes its wheels available for conventions, weddings, and more, enabling businessmen and bridesmaids alike to avoid having to hitch rides on vigorously tossed bridal bouquets.

Colors & Bottles' founder Jessica Burley and her band of talented local artists are dedicated to supporting local emerging talent and businesses through art instruction held at nearby venues. Their resident artists travel to local eateries and art galleries, where they teach students of all skill levels to fashion dimensional masterpieces through step-by-step instruction. They also kindle creativity during private parties held at the location of your choice, asking only that the destination be outfitted with enough tables, chairs, and paint-by-numbers templates of the Sistine Chapel ceiling for all invitees. Colors & Bottles has received a nod for their engagingly creative events on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and within the pages of the Columbus Dispatch.

Tell us about your business.

[It’s] a one-stop-shop for the mind, body and soul. We provide a unique approach to healing. Many of our customers travel from all over Ohio for our outstanding services and to receive attention from our extremely compassionate staff.

When and how did you first develop a passion for your work?

I have always been a natural healer from as early as my childhood. It wasn't until I had started taking prerequisites in college that I realized what my true calling was.

What is one of your signature services? How is it performed?

Hypnotic massage. It is a unique service that integrates a therapeutic massage with our heart-centered hypnotherapy. Personally, I combine the massage and the hypnosis in the same session . . . another option is to have the therapeutic massage before the hypnosis session. You could also have our hypnotherapist sit in the room with you during your massage treatment and engage you in the hypnotherapy process. We intentionally pair these two services together to assure ultimate healing results that will be imprinted deeply within your cellular tissue and deeper into the subconscious mind to assure the results stick.

Do you offer your customers any extra perks?

We have complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in our waiting-room area. We provide cold water after massage sessions to flush out toxins. We also have a wide range of reading materials as well as cable television in the waiting room.

Anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?

Our one-stop-shop keeps growing. We are in the process of developing our unique yoga studio and café downstairs from our current location with a tentative grand opening for this fall.

Now in its 23rd year, the I-X Indoor Amusement Park returns to the International Exposition Center with more than 20 acres of rides, games, and attractions. The indoor wonderland opens its doors from late March to early April on select dates, giving Cleveland families a springtime window to zip around on more than 30 thrill rides or read poetry to farm animals at a petting zoo. The newly added Cirque Shanghai dazzles eyes with a mammoth spectacle of daring acrobatics and motorcycle daredevilry, while daily Big Cat shows showcase the abilities of rescued tigers from a Sarasota, Florida, animal sanctuary. A collection of carnival fare, such as corn dogs, cotton candy, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and deep-fried baseball caps, rounds out the summer-like atmosphere.
