These undulations are only the beginning of the challenges players face. On hole two, the narrow fairway and sand bunkers form a perfect storm of difficulty, forcing golfers to thread the needle or risk taking an unplanned trip to the beach. TransforME assists burgeoning body sculptors in obtaining or maintaining their ideal physique and fitness level with calorie-busting classes and motivational support. The Body by Frances indoor boot-camp classes keep clients energized and entertained with up to three classes per week, combining intensive training techniques with nutritional coaching to bolster individuals' endurance, muscular strength, and resistance to sweet-talking cakes. Though each day utilizes a different workout regime, classes typically feature calisthenics, agility and power drills, static and rhythmic stretching, and resistance training. Each boot-camp classmate receives before and after body measurements, body-fat testing, and informative daily motivational emails to help them stay on task and achieve long-term goals.
