What makes your business stand out?
Our focus on each passenger's travel experience. We strive to provide a reliable, efficient, and safe travel experience for our passengers and do this by ensuring we value their time and experiences as highly as they do. Our onboard cabin crew not only provides great service en route and during boarding, but ensure our passengers' safety and overall enjoyment during travel. While some carriers aim to provide the lowest-cost offering possible, our goal is to provide the best value and travel experience.
What inspired you to start or run this business?
Traveling frequently for work, I realized how unenjoyable much of my travel was and how much productivity I was losing during travel. Starline aims to let passengers take back their travel time, be it for enjoyment or work purposes. While it's great to save on gas, the bigger benefit is regaining your time and peace of mind in not having to worry about travel.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
Our GameLiner and CityLiner services allow travelers to enjoy their destinations and not have to worry about travel, parking, or road safety after a night on the town or a big game's tailgate.
Handicap Accessible: No
Staff Size: 2–10 people
Parking: Parking garage
Most popular offering: GameLiner - Express game-day service
Pro Tip: Take the hassle out of travel. Travel Smart. Travel Starline.
La Bodega imports fresh flavors from Baja California and infuses them into appetizers, tacos, and entrees. Just-caught seafood swims in two to three times a week to create dishes such as the shrimp-and-mango enchiladas ($13.99) and the blackened chili-rubbed pair of salmon tacos ($10.69). Land-faring choices roam the menu as well, including the Baja burger, saddled with pepper jack cheese and chipotle mayo ($8.99), and the grilled portobello burrito, which can be wrangled by a tongue tied into a lasso with or without black beans ($10.99). The most important meal of the day can be enjoyed at any hour with breakfast taco plates ($6.59–$8.69), the crab-cake sandwich on a jalapeño-cheese bun ($8.49), and Stetson-hat-wearing huevos rancheros ($7.49).
Dark wood and flaxen-hued walls surround the scents and savors of wood-fired pizzas, creative pastas, and locally sourced steaks at Café Eccell. Disks of dough hand-forged daily, such as the rustic italian-sausage pizza ($15) or margherita pizza ($13), emerge from the wood-fired oven with a smoky flavor and encyclopedic knowledge of campfire songs. Opportunities for fork-finagling can be found in the seafood linguine, which suffuses shrimp and salmon with tomato-garlic butter on a bed of saffron linguine ($19), and in the 12-ounce USDA Prime rib eye, fetched from local purveyor Ruffino Meats and draped in herb butter ($25). Paying homage to the traditional garb worn on their annual apricot hunts, strawberries disguise themselves in an apricot glaze and hide out in an almond-lace cookie shell lined with Belgian chocolate in Café Eccell’s strawberry tart ($7).
The staff at Tiki Tan supplies the environment for guests to acquire a deep, tawny hue any time of year. Three levels of tanning beds adjust to different skin tones, and a leg-specific bed ensures limbs stay dark even after shaving. The center also offers VersaSpa sunless tanning, which deepens complexions and moisturizes skin through an even coating of bronzing solutions and hydrating botanicals.
The Peveto family's name became synonymous with stopping power when John Peveto II opened his first Brake Check shop in 1968. More than 40 years and 40 shops later, the family still helps cars stop (and go) with brake-pad inspections, wheel alignments, battery replacements, and oil changes. With convenience in mind, each shop opens its work bays seven days a week, offers online appointments, and backs up several of their services with lifetime warranties that are then backed up by other even more muscular warranties.:m]]
