Julie Hackler has been immersed in the world of dance and performance for more than 25 years. The artist has choreographed for several theaters, and she has spent time on the stage as a dancer, singer, and actor. Ms. Hackler brings this talent and expertise out onto Reignfall Dance Company's sprung dance floors.

As owner and director of the studio, she leads a dance curriculum for adults and kids as young as 3 years old. Ms. Hackler and her team teach a variety of styles, including ballet, jazz, and hip-hop. They take an athletic approach to training, believing that the best dancers are also great athletes. To that end, the instructors also teach Pilates and conditioning classes.

Fitwize 4 Kids fosters healthy habits in a kid-centric fitness environment geared toward humans ages 5–15. Each 45-minute program fuses age-appropriate resistance circuit training with health-inspiring nutrition tips, pumping up self-esteem, blazing trails to wellbeing, and engaging young minds with the socio-psychological concept of fun. To prepare children for lifetimes full of fitness and free of pulled deltoids, a CrossFit and CrossFit Kids instructor will highlight safe workout techniques and coach kids through exercises that rely on lighter weights and more reps than traditional bodybuilding regimens. Parents can sign up their offspring for activity-boosting sessions on either Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m..

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
The community we have in our facility is something you look forward to everyday. Friends are quickly made and everyone is very encouraging. The variation in the workouts and the ongoing training keep you engaged and spark that desire to excel at what you're doing. We're not just providing a workout, but a proven program.

Sweating to the oldies is acceptable, but sweating to the blues less so. Do you find that certain styles and genres of music generate more intense workouts?
Absolutely. We carefully select the music for our workouts, even ensuring it has the proper number of beats per minute and quality sound equipment to play it on.
