The staff at Top Shape Fitness, led by principal trainer George Tyler, believes that expert guidance is key to workouts. To that end, the fitness center focuses entirely on personal-training sessions and group fitness classes. The company's freakishly strong roots lie in its signature cardio kickboxing class, known as GT Box. In these sessions, trainers blend kickboxing movements with dumbbell training, plyometrics, and other toning exercises. Elsewhere on the weekly schedule, minds and bodies meld in yoga classes, and TRX suspension classes employ equipment developed by US Navy SEALs.

A specially designed floor goes easy on joints as students stretch themselves into yoga poses or strengthen physiques during Total Body Sculpt sessions.

At Drop Zone Extreme Fitness, he calls upon all of his muscle-sculpting experience to help exercisers achieve dramatic physical results. He does this along with Donavan “I’m a Fair Man” Cox, who draws on his 22 years of experience as a Military Fitness Specialist and Law Enforcement Physical Training Coordinator. These two hardcore instructors help students achieve goals and maintain their fitness progress. Students arrive for boot camp armed with only jump ropes, hand weights, and a water bottle. They can also receive one-on-one guidance during in-home personal training sessions, and additional classes are also available, which include Zumba classes and a Zumba/bootcamp combination class.
