What inspired you to start or run this business?
After spending a few years in corporate America and feeling like just a number, I always wanted to have my own business and make a difference in people's lives. I've always been passionate about fitness, food, and nutrition and I want to pass on my knowledge and enthusiasm to others.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
I think the best reaction I've heard was "You've changed my life." I also love hearing "I've dropped 2 dress sizes" or "I can now fit into my goal jeans" after only a few weeks.

I love helping [clients] achieve challenging life goals and inspiring people to both feel their best and be their best in life.
