After graduating from Sam Houston State with a degree in photography, he took his talents public as the photography manager at Sea World of Texas. After that, he expanded his scope, snapping memorable shots at weddings and capturing yearbook-ready images as a school photographer. Soon, people began to take notice of all the hard work; since starting his career, Jim's work has appeared everywhere from the pages of The Knot, advertisements for Mercedes and Whataburger, and even the galleries of Smithsonian Institution. Now, he brings that same work ethic to private photography work. Jim trains his camera on all of life's most memory-worthy moments, capturing introspective portraits, documenting a wedding day's most candid moments, and even welcoming newborns into the world.

Founded with the goal of outfitting its pupils with the skills necessary to excel in the spa and salon industries, Milan Institute of Cosmetology deploys a rigorous curriculum that emphasizes professionalism and hands-on learning to train fledgling cosmetologists and aestheticians around the country. Ready Learning Academy's instructors believe that responsible gun use comes from a solid foundation in shooting fundamentals. That's why the academy offers three levels of pistol classes and two levels of rifle training. During these sessions, instructors teach experienced and novice students the fundamentals of stance, grip, and trigger control. Pupils progress onto more advanced skills such as dry firing and shooting while moving. Away from the range, the staff sells firearms at its store and conducts self-defense courses that don’t require guns or smelters to make bullets.
