Game On Athletics Facility's fleet of experienced trainers run athletes and adults of all ages through a gamut of exercises designed to increase speed, coordination, and performance in a variety of sports as well as every day living. Within the expansive 18,600-square-foot sports complex, each class consists of small groups that complete various movement exercises, perform strength and resistance training, and core and flexibility exercises. The indoor portion of the complex is10,000-square-feet.
