Personalized Health and Fitness isn't a typical big-box gym. At its core, it is a group of dedicated personal trainers whose mission is to help their clients achieve their ideal physique. Drawn from multidisciplinary backgrounds, each staff member brings a unique perspective to his or her work, whether it’s experience in adrenaline sports such as rock climbing or biking or higher-education degrees in fitness and physiology. From calisthenics and free weights to intense classes, they use any means necessary to rebuild each body in a more fit image. Trainers also host group classes ranging from cardio kickboxing to strength training, and supplement all of their personal and group workouts with extensive nutrition advice and counseling to maintain healthy weight loss. In addition to personal attention from their experienced staff, the gym also encourages solo workouts, with weight rooms and fitness facilities that stay open 24 hours a day to accommodate even the most hectic schedules.
Redmond Athletic Club stands as a ziggurat built in honor of fitness. The 7,500-square-foot space resonates with music, vibrant colors, and natural light as personal trainers walk the spacious floors helping exercisers zero in on fitness goals. The open layout inspires exercisers as they gaze over rows of Precor ellipticals and exercise balls, stretch in the warmup area, or jog on treadmills. A strength-training room teems with equipment such as plate-loaded machines and free weights. Dry saunas and complimentary towel service soothe sore muscles after adventures in sweating and sculpting. From a childcare staff that watches over kids at the Kids Club while parents work out to the group of trainers, RAC's crack team of employees dehassles the gym experience.

What is one fun, unusual fact about your business?
You won't hear our students' landings. It's a little secret called "ninja noise." This helps keep impact low, and stealth high.
As the old adage says, "Stuff happens." What training do you and your staff have to stay ahead of the unexpected?
Coaches are legitimately certified to teach Parkour, holding multiple parkour certifications. We are expert momentum anticipators and course creators. We minimize risk through safety drills, multi-level skill progressions and strength milestones. [Instructors are] First Aid? and CPR-trained in case anything happens. However we have not had one serious injury in the three years we've been coaching due to our safety protocols.
What is the experience customers can expect, and how do you make it special?
Through our classes students can expect to experience life-changing techniques. Ranging from the simple truths of how to squat sustainably to how to traverse lava while having fun and collecting speed and style points.
As a gymnastics coach, Kaia FIT founder and owner Nikki Warren always noticed how children in motion tumble and play with ease. They were effortlessly agile and flexible, and yet many of them would grow into adults who would struggle to stay active. Kaia FIT sprang from this realization with the goal of restoring female physiques to the adolescent pliability everyone enjoys before they grow their rock-hard exoskeleton after sixth grade. In a welcoming environment, the expert coaches retrain bodies with dynamic workouts designed to strengthen muscles, boost energy and confidence, and vanquish fat. They root the sessions in functional intense training, a method that enlists athletes' own body weight and movement to stimulate fitness.
Programs range in intensity and length for exercisers of all fitness levels and goals, such as six-week BRIK boot camps, which debut a fresh workout regime for each season and blend interval, strength, and endurance training. Core session classes unfold in five-week intervals and use muscle-confusion techniques to keep bodies in better shape than fad diets or preserving them in amber for swimsuit season would. The various regimens invite women to join a community where they dedicate themselves to maintaining their health and fitness.
It's easy to see why the gym at Sculptor Fitness is called "The Barn". The two-story building boasts rustic wood accents inside a red exterior, surrounded by trees and greenery. Here, clients from all walks of life gather to lift free weights, swing kettlebells, and climb the rope that hangs down across both floors.
Just like those inside of a real barn, these chores vary from person to person. That's because the staff of personal trainers believes in customized programming. They lead private and partner workouts in addition to group classes, from power sculpt to a mix of teen fit, spinning, and strength training. These courses all rely on a close relationship between instructor and student, which focuses on specific, attainable fitness goals and the motivation to continue on reaching and beating personal fitness goals.
