The veteran marketing and real-estate professionals who teach at Arizona Academy of Real Estate frequently update course content to keep students in step with Arizona's real-estate and lending-licensing requirements. In-class or online programs prepare students to market and sell properties or become real-estate brokers who use their skills to assist either buyers or sellers.

Potential mortgage brokers and loan originators learn the ethics, mortgage laws, and secret handshakes necessary to gain bankers' trust, and practicing real-estate and lending agents can update their reservoir of knowledge with continuing-education classes. Once students earn their seller's wings, the academy's list of career partners gives new agents an opportunity to meet with local real-estate leaders and compare smiles.

Featuring more than 90,000 pounds of chunky automotive muscle, the Monster Truck Nationals rumble over boredom with myriad feats of loosely controlled motor mayhem. Nationally known monster trucks with intimidating monikers like Bigfoot, El Perro Loco, and Lord Chauncey von Axelborg will engage in contests to prove their car-crushing, wheelie-popping, and drag-racing adroitness. While the beastly trucks pause to catch their breath, patrons will be entertained with freestyle Moto X stunt jumps, a demolition derby, and Monster Bear, a half-sized monster truck driven by a 7-year-old hood-crumpling phenom. VIP seats provide an up-close view of the automotive carnage, while party loft tickets shelter truck lovers in a suite with a server.

With a little bit of creativity, a pile of LEGO? bricks can transform into almost anything. Maybe a battle robot, a bridge, or a three-dimensional art sculpture. They can even become movie stars, ready to step into a stop-animation film and bare their plastic hearts on the silver screen. They can also be a part of kids' introduction to the world of science, technology, engineering, and math at at Bonanza Educational.

The organization's programs take a fun approach to building skills in STEM fields. Kids from elementary school to high school come together to tackle projects and challenges that incorporate LEGO? bricks. The educators behind these sessions include current and former elementary teachers, coaches, artists, and other professionals. However, Bonanza Educational's original team was much smaller. Three friends, who all loved LEGO? bricks, came together with a fun and creative way to help kids excel in a technology-driven world.
