During the 60-minute session, K&C Photography's staff harnesses more than ten years of experience in shooting and staging photographs that exhibit artistic flourish and meticulous detail and highlight raw emotion. Photographers will exploit natural light and capture un-staged poses of up to six people per shoot, implementing their artistry and expertise to ensure that newborn babies' eyes face forward and pet turtles' bald spots remain hidden. Employing their energetic directorial skills, K&C's shutterbugs will position participants in numerous poses, and digital-quality equipment commemorates graduations, weddings, and other momentous events that move by too quickly to be accurately depicted by courtroom sketch artists. Packages also include a professionally edited DVD with printable, high-resolution images for digital preservation.
The husband-and-wife team behind SMUDGED Prntz Photography, Chris and Re’Nauta Bell, use complementary approaches when composing their color-saturated portraits. Re'Nauta draws on her own modeling experience to style and dress subjects, as well as to help them strike flattering poses. Also a former model, Chris strives to turn each photo shoot into a party—a skill he mastered while snapping shots of celebrities after dark, when their skin begins to glow.
A peek inside Chris and Re’Nauta's portfolio reveals avant-garde makeup, sequins and metal accents that mirror a Latin carnivale aesthetic, as well as classic black-and-white photos with strategic pops of color. The duo lends a digital edge to conceptual portraits with otherworldly effects and composes traditional shots to mark life's milestones.
Ashley Brawner received her first camera—a Pentax K1000—when she was about 13 years old. And she still has it, though she's since moved on to newer and shinier shutters, and now aims her lens professionally for Coca-Cola, Olympic athletes, and bands such as U2 and Muse.
As the owner of Blush Boudoir Photography, Ashley also helps women discover new self-confidence. What's so unique about her boudoir photos? They capture women in the vulnerable intimacy of the bedroom but never devolve into objectification. She imbues her photos with artistry and vintage charm, guiding her clients as they pose amid pristine white sheets, secluded woodland areas, or their neighbor's antique car, and composing each shot to be conservative yet enticing. Everyday ladies aren't Ashley's only fans though––she and her crew were also asked to style the cast on an episode of Lifetime's Double Divas.
Anthony Vining has an eye for detail. He founded Moments Relived Photography in order to share his love for immortalizing important events such as weddings or baby showers. He also uses his compositional skills to frame portraits of families or individuals, as well as nonhuman subjects such as architecture, landscapes, and cyborg family photos.
When it comes to media, Michael Escobar is a jack-of-all-trades, so he parlayed his talents into a multimedia company—emphasis on the multi. Much of the time, Michael presides behind the lens of a camera, either snapping photos or recording video, and his footage has racked up its fair share of hits on the Web. When Michael isn't capturing special moments, he doesn't just kick back and relax or walk around wearing a butterfly net on his head so his ideas don't escape. Instead, he keeps his creativity flowing freely by promoting parties, doing graphic design, and spinning tunes as a DJ.
