Dog City Dog Park is an indoor and outdoor doggy playground for temperate dogtime throughout the year—and with today's deal, you'll receive unlimited access to this canine castle from the beginning of June, through the dog days of July and August, and up until the end of September. The park provides all the accoutrements needed to send your puppy into paroxysms of delight, including tennis balls, chew and tug toys, water, and more, so let your pooch pal off its leash to cavort happily, haplessly, and safely across the vast, open space inside. Like a swanky dog gym that thinks it's for people, Dog City is open 24/7 to members—meaning your dog can work off his excess energy at midnight in a cool, climate-controlled environment without disrupting sleeping children, dozing grandparents, or the diurnal bat nest above your bed's headboard. Members also have access to Canine Camp, a program similar to doggy daycare that usually runs for $20 a day (there's a "three days for the price of two" special during summer). Today's deal also includes a one-hour doggy-psychology session that specializes in issue identification and correction.
As proud holders of the gold, silver, and bronze medals from the United States Dressage Federation, instructors Anne McKay and Suzanne Wepplo bring a wealth of equestrian expertise to Pegasus Riding School. The duo helm all manner of courses, including dressage, jumping, and combined training lessons in classical European equestrian philosophies. They educate riders of every age and skill level at their large, onsite outdoor arena and racetrack, as well as from within the comforts of a heated indoor training arena.
Camp Bow Wow Burnsville’s pooch paradise resembles a cabin in the north woods, with wood counters and accents backed by a painted mural of dogs in the wilderness. Whether being dropped off for a day or an extended overnight stay, each pup gets the chance to play with other dogs all day in the spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. The watchful camp counselors set up playgroups based on each dog’s energy level and temperament, ensuring that young pets can tumble and race while the elders discuss the particulars of their treat pensions. Owners can keep an eye on their four-legged friend with the Camp Bow Wow Camper Cams, which provide a live stream of the indoor and outdoor play areas.
Building off the camp theme, dogs can retire to the camp lounge to relax in cozy beds, or race up and down the playground-style terrain. Each dog is provided with their own cabin, though they only visit them during meals and bedtime stories. The boarders also offer grooming services such as baths and nail trimming.
After spending 30 years honing his passion for riding horses, Donavin Prescott founded Dakota Stables, with a large stable and open pastures surrounded by rolling green hills. At the indoor and outdoor riding arenas, instructors Jill Malecha and Lindsey Maros—both of whom have been riding since childhood—conduct lessons for all experience levels in dressage, Western, and English riding styles, running through basic techniques, such as grooming and tacking, as well as more advanced skills. Outside the ranch, guides lead visitors on trail rides exploring local parks and coordinate longer weekend trips or hands-on camps for children aged 8–18. The stable also provides training and boarding services.
Our customers loved this deal last year, earning Dakota Stables a spot on Groupon's Best of 2012 list.
In a facility with 14,000 square feet of romping room, Dog Days' trained staff monitors fun, friendly play among pooches. In addition to grooming and training pups, the staff also oversees daycare quarters comprised of climate-controlled indoor areas and an outdoor playground ringed with secured fencing. Canines undergo testing for temperament and vocabulary before being divvied up into separate groups according to size. Once at play, they share Kong toys, tennis balls, and colorful playground equipment.
After recreation eats up waking hours, boarded pooches snuggle into comfy suites named for European and tropical getaway locales. Each room has a cozy bed that's cleaned regularly. Staffers also wipe down toys, play equipment, and bowls every night with cleaning solution to ensure a safe, healthy environment for their four-legged guests.
