To eliminate stress on feet and legs, all outdoor sessions are in grassy areas and never on pavement, which is full of dangerous mother-back-breaking cracks. Vicki also provides nutritional advice to help participants lose weight, placing an emphasis on behavior modification and portion control. Her women's weight-loss support group meets indoors on Thursdays and combines 20 minutes of nutrition work with 40 minutes of exercise.
