Amidst helping her stressed-out exercisers achieve tranquility, Stacey aids aspiring herbivores in nourishing and flourishing in the comforts of their own home kitchen. Each veggie cooking lesson leads students through the preparation and devouring of three to four dishes, each derived from pre-set menus featuring vegetarian, vegan, and raw-vegan options. Through a hands-on learning approach, pupils hone their techniques and crank up the flavor dial with each scrumptious, plant-packed dish. Post clean-up, complete recipes are exchanged along with a few low-fives designed to signify achievement. Studio X helps students evacuate unwanted weight through fun one-hour Zumba classes, which feature a fusion of dance and fitness movements set to buoyant Latin rhythms.
