With certified instructors and ample tumbling space, GymQuarters Gymnastics transforms typical tots into agile energy machines. Classes designed for kinderlings and younger (or home-schooled children of all ages) introduce lithe lads and lasses to the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor, and trampoline. A special tumble track is also available to host tiny flippers in a safe, grandparent-approved environment. Classes begin with 15 minutes of sinew-warming stretching, followed by three 15-minute rotations on gym equipment. As gymnasts master foundational skills, they can catapult into the next level of body-bending virtuosity. Sessions take place during the day between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. seven days a week; customers can schedule class by phone at a time that is convenient for them.

In most facilities, a 10,000-square-foot pool filled with 121,000 gallons of water would max out the entire space. But at Renaud Spirit Center, a pool that size is just the beginning. Swimmers can splash year-round while zipping down the 185-foot water slide, sneaking in a nap down the lazy river, or doing some laps in separate swimming lanes.
Still, Renaud Spirit Center has 66,000 square feet of space to play with, so there are plenty of other, dryer options to choose from. Visitors can stop into the fitness area, populated by cardio machines and free weights. The center's fitness classes, which range from yoga to fitness classes for seniors. Somewhere amongst its labyrinth of activities, Renaud Fitness Center also boasts a gymnasium, which features two full-sized basketball courts and volleyball courts.
