Jazzercise is 60 minutes of cardio, strength training, and stretching that incorporates moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, kickboxing, and resistance training with handheld weights. Just as varied as the workouts are the class formats themselves. There are special Jazzercises geared to sculpt your bod, cut your workout time in half, or literally make you slightly better at saxophone playing. There's even a junior Jazzercise and Jazzercise team dance at some locations, which let you work out with your kids and teenagers. As for the ittie-ditties, childcare is available during select times at many locations.

When pro fighters hang up their gloves, they come to work at RingFit. The instructors—all former professional fighters—lead students through RingFit’s signature workout, which simulates the experience of getting in shape to train for a fight. Focusing on strength, power, speed, stamina, flexibility, and coordination, the workouts mix weightlifting, pushing, pulling, jumping, and slamming with kicking and punching on a heavy bag. Each workout lasts for a specified number of rounds, just like a real fight against an opponent.
Some goals are more easily realized with group support. Ladies Lifestyle Fitness Club pivots on this idea, specializing in social, comprehensive health packages aimed at mature women. As encouraging as they are challenging, workout options include personal training and small-group sessions. Customized, weekly meal plans help participants fuel up in a smart way, while the club magazine, newsletter, and ebooks foster a sense of community and keep members motivated after hours.
While the trainers at The Chamber regularly work with professional athletes, their philosophy doesn't change when it comes to their nonathlete clients. They rely on peer-reviewed scientific research to devise powerful training plans to improve their clients' performance, transform their bodies, and grant a better quality of life. Nutritionists and physical therapists on staff support the trainers' goals by nourishing clients' bodies and keeping muscles and joints in working order.
