Sometimes you're too busy to make an entire meal from scratch. Enter Supper Solutions, a meal-assembly kitchen who helps prepare homemade meals that busy customers can cook up in their own kitchens. First, customers select a minimum of eight meals from the menu, which changes monthly and includes a variety of meal options. They then arrange to either pick up the fully prepared meals, or head to the location to assemble the meals themselves. The process helps customers cut back on grocery trips and planning, freeing up time to create elaborate food sculptures from any left-overs.
Though Breeze Concierge's goal is singular?to make life easier for its clients?it manifests in multiple ways. The staff touches on the personal, professional, and recreational facets of life, thereby making all of them more manageable and freeing up time for the more important things, like spending time with the kids or composing calligraphic lists of what the more important things in life are.
There's the concierge service, which connects clients with personal assistants that attend to a variety of tasks; these can include paying bills, running errands, coordinating schedules, and cooking meals. They even plan a child's birthday party or organize a vacation itinerary that accounts for both the logistical?think plane and hotel arrangements?and the enjoyable, such as sightseeing. Housecleaning is another way the business make life easier for their clients. Licensed and insured cleaners tackle tasks in the home with environmentally friendly cleaning solutions. They scrub bathtubs and sinks, dust and vacuum, make beds, change linens, and do laundry. They also offer cleaning for offices, real estate companies, and other commercial accounts.
Like procuring a pet elephant, Cava's bowls are priced according to weight ($0.70 per ounce, $24,692 per metric ton), with a sizable hunk of greens, four to five fillers, cheese, and a vinaigrette averaging around $5. The process begins by selecting greens, which include arugula, Boston bibb, and spring mix, among others. Next, peruse and infuse an assortment of unprocessed fillers, including pumpkin seeds, quinoa, grape tomatoes, dried cranberries, and sweet potatoes. Top off the dish with one of Cava's vinaigrettes made from 100% extra virgin olive oil, aged vinegars, and concentrated dreams. Upgrade a bed of greens and things to the next level with the addition of seared salmon ($4.50), seared tofu with basil parmesan vinaigrette ($3.75), or sage-rubbed steak ($4.25). Aside from custom field blends, Cava also serves handmade soups and a variety of sparkling beverages, sport teas, and water.
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Our family business has made it a priority to be a part of the neighborhood we are so lucky to serve. We think of our espresso and wine bar more like a living room than a restaurant. We enjoy getting to know our guests and think of them more like family than paying customers.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared? Our tortilla flats make the perfect tapas or light snack. With five kinds to choose from, there is sure to be one that whets your whistle. They are made on a flour or gluten free tortilla and topped with fresh vegetables, cheese and sauce.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Family! And a love of serving others. Our espresso and wine bar is our second location, right near DU and the Newman Performing Arts Center. Our shops are named after our grandmothers, Mae Rose and Jeanette. We hope our shop is as inviting to you as their homes were to their friends and neighbors!
What do you love most about your job? Not working for the man!
