Be it a house party, a wedding, or a prom, Ramundo Andrews, a.k.a. Deejay Mythikal, is ready to plug in his laptop, turn on the mixer, and crank up a variety of tunes to fit the scene. He soundtracks parties with new and old school tracks in a range of genres such as rap, soul, and disco. Though he's been playing records for five years, Deejay Mythikal's musical experience dates back to high school where he first began to play in local bands. Since then, he's delved into musical production, sound engineering, and song composition.
Unlike a real rainforest, The Jungle Gym doesn't follow the laws of biology. At 4 months, all of its inhabitants are elephants. When they reach 2.5 years, they turn into toucans. And at the age of 8, they become ferocious predators: jaguars. But the odd metamorphosis isn't the result of evolution gone awry. It's all thanks to The Jungle Gym's instructors, who name each class in their gymnastics curriculum after a different animal. In noncompetitive sessions, they help toddlers and kids develop in areas such as flexibility, coordination, and balance—eventually teaching them advanced gymnastics routines.
These classes unfold across The Jungle Gym's padded facility, where kids bound over trampolines, beams, bars, and obstacle courses. The facility also encompasses things related to gymnastics, including a zipline and a 10-foot climbing wall.These activities come into play during open-gym sessions, birthday parties, or The Jungle Gym's bi-monthly party, Kids Night Out. This latter shindig encompasses three hours of games and activities, during which parents can go out to a restaurant or watch their favorite cartoons in private.

Throughout the week, sneakers pound upon the triple-bonded foam floors of her private studio as students undergo high-intensity routines combining cardio, resistance-training, core-training, and flexibility exercises. Further inspiring patrons to develop healthful habits, the trainers encourage them to follow nutrition advice and adhere to comprehensive custom meal plans. Their approach focuses on meals made up of lean meats, vegetables, and fruits, eschewing excessive sugar, salt, and bacon-wrapped donuts deep-fried in bacon-wrapped-donut fat.
As a personal trainer for a big gym, Drew deVry grew disenchanted by the hundreds of dollars he was asking people to spend on training each month. He knew that the costs were prohibitive for so many people, and so he struck out on his own and opened Freedom Fitness.
With more than a decade of training experience and a certification from the American College of Sports Medicine to guide him, Drew developed hundreds of exercise routines for people of every ability level. When members walk in the door, he and his staff pick out a workout based on their goals and restrictive issues before helping them get acclimated to the equipment.
