If the words Reindeer Manor have you imagining sleigh rides, warm cocoa, and carols by the fire...you might want to stay home. Because this Reindeer Manor isn't out to make you sing?it wants to make you scream.

Now in its 41st year of operation, Reindeer Manor Halloween Park facilitates thrills and chills with not one, but three haunted attractions in one location. Daring patrons must first brave the cursed hallways of Reindeer Manor Haunted House, it's setting inspired by the unspeakable horrors that occurred in the real-life Reindeer Manor around a century ago. Those who survive will find themselves forced to face the evils of the 13th Street Morgue, where an entire family was once murdered in cold blood. Then they'll make a descent into the Dungeon of Doom, which, in its heyday, was a saloon where several townspeople fell over dead after drinking tainted well water and finding out they were over-charged for it. If that description fails to send shivers up your spine, consider this: unlike at some haunted attractions, the spooks at Reindeer Manor can and may touch visitors at any time, meaning you may just find yourself one of the manor's newest residents before the night is through.

Jumping J's Bounce World lets kids defy gravity—if only for a few seconds. Its crew delivers bounce houses and inflatable obstacle courses directly to homes, where children can spend a handful of exciting hours bounding over the air-filled structures. The bounce houses come in themes such as SpongeBob and Spiderman, who like all spiders, is filled with nothing but air. To add the finishing touches to parties, Jumping J's can also bring along popcorn, snow-cone, and cotton-candy machines.

Josh and Sesh, the friends who founded Photo Booth Dallas, know that customers want advanced technology. That's why they outfitted their photo booths with customizable LCD screens and instant Internet uploading capabilities. But they also know the value of good customer service—they schedule just one event per day, ensuring that each client gets their full attention.

Large groups of people can fit into each curtained booth, something utterly unacceptable at the opera. Once inside, guests press digital buttons to choose color or black-and-white prints, and then pose with a slew of provided props. Hosts can also opt for a video-enabled booth or request tuxedo-clad DJs to set the mood with 1,000-watt speakers, CD turntables, and intelligent light shows.

Chef Richard Pratt has cooked at the James Beard House, for presidential inaugurations, and in the private kitchens of Robert Duvall and both President Bushes. But one of the most striking spaces he fills with his aromas can be booked by any member of the public: The Space Dallas, an elegant ballroom exclusively catered by Pratt and his team. Many evenings, wedding and gala guests dine and dance beneath yards of white bunting and modern chandeliers. On other nights, Pratt invents his own fun. Iron Chef?inspired cooking events are designed to build stronger bonds between couples, corporate teams, and overworked culinary robots.
