My Tactical Advantage's experienced trainers help their pupils build up a strong sense of self-worth and hone their bodies into shape. A former U.S. Marine Sergeant draws from his experiences bodyguarding presidents and defending embassies to teach his students about fitness and close combat. During aerobic boot camps, he helps them put their doubts and self-judgments in a crippling suplex with kettlebells, stretching, toning exercises, cardio and strength training, cardio kickboxing, and mitt work.
Far more than a mere gym, My Tactical Advantage helps its students build all-important self-esteem. The identity-reconstruction program helps people adopt new personas for themselves by emphasizing positive character traits, such as bravery and the ability to chew through iron bars. In addition to empowering individuals, the fitness and training center aims to improve the community by nipping violence at its root with the pro-responsibility and anti-bullying TRUST youth program.
Theresa Taylor—the eponymous instructor behind T Taylor Fitness—believes that fitness and fun go hand in enthusiastically fist-pumping hand. Whether teaching the original workout’s lively Latin-inspired steps or encouraging older participants during Zumba Gold sessions, Theresa cultivates a lively, supportive environment for students of all fitness levels.

This modern routine blends a bass-driven soundtrack with exercises designed to send each client's metabolism and street cred skyrocketing. When they aren?t leading classes six days a week, Swing Fit?s instructors teach girls sensual ways to twirl and spin during private, group parties.
At Extreme Fun’s inflatable playland, kids bounce, climb, and slide across 27,000 square feet of springy tunnels and obstacles. With feet snug inside socks or thumbless mittens, young ones can explore the climate-controlled play area’s collection of sturdy inflatables, which include Nickelodeon characters, Superman–theme obstacle courses, and Finding Nemo stations that take kids through the cushy mouth of a great white shark. In addition to the inflatables, extreme Fun also features a collection of interactive video games.
A pop-up art class held around town, Paintings Made By Me's sessions revolve around a handful of fun venues where making art is a relaxing and laid-back experience. Depending on the day, each class features a different composition. Following along with the artist-instructor, guests mimic the steps demonstrated by the teacher to create scenes of city skylines, white sand beaches, and Van Gogh with two ears. All materials are included, and guests are able to take home their finished piece at the end of class.
Breweries, restaurants, your very own home—nowhere is off-limits for The Paint Social. A workshop leader gathers a rainbow of acrylic paint tubes, grabs a stack of 16x20 canvases, and uses a net to catch a gaggle of paintbrushes from the sky before hightailing it to that day's workshop location. If it's a Paint Brunch, the one-to-three-hour workshop will take place at a café. If it's a Taste & Paint, it'll be at a winery or brewery, and the session will include a tasting. If it's a private event, it'll be at someone's home. These social workshops aren't academic lessons. Instead, they're fun, friendly events that require no previous painting experience.
