The professional aerial acrobat has studied under Cirque du Soleil performers, not to mention working with the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. Abby's skills go well beyond the big top, however. She has studied yoga and other fitness disciplines, with a focus on areas such as balance, strength, and creating muscle mass leaner than a fitness magazine printed on deli meat. All of this expertise comes into play during Aerial Abby's workout sessions, which include an aerial fitness class, a hand balancing class, and personal training.
