Owners Cathie Politis Fennell, Phil Fennell, and Olga Politis foster a collaborative approach at Salon Greco The European Day Spa. Every team member possesses a specialty within their field—for example, a massage therapist specializing in neuromuscular therapy, and a stylist who focuses on coloring—which means an expert is always available to consult with clients.

At Shear Impressions, owner Homa uses her 25 years of experience to craft trendy and classic cuts with products from the likes of Redken, Pureology, and DermOrganic. Three generations of stylists from her family work alongside her, drawing from color training with TiGi products to infuse strands with radiant hues. The salon is open from 10 a.m.–7 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Cura Organics’ founder and natural-hair pro Anaiyah got her start in the beauty industry with a series of instructional YouTube videos that have garnered more than 250,000 hits. Out of her salon, she continues to divulge healthy-hair tips, though she now customizes them to each client who sits in her styling chair. The rest of her staff—which is comprised of makeup artists, nail technicians, aestheticians, hairstylists, and personal stylists—further promotes healthy pampering by using as many organic and natural products as possible. They mix exfoliating scrubs in-house, paint nails with formaldehyde-free polish, and accentuate facial features with makeup devoid of animal products.
