The 22,000-square-foot facility is packed with high-quality equipment and enough protective foam to swaddle a Herculean toddler attempting a triple aerial in place of his or her first steps.

Led by an exuberant staff of talented instructors, the gym offers programs for all ages and abilities. Youngins can start with Pre-K Learning & Movement and work their way up to Tumble Jungle Gym. Tramp & Tumbling provides high-flying fun, and cheerleading classes help students nab a spot on the squad.

Since then, she's carried the torch of success even further, eventually winning titles such as Miss Congeniality and landing dream jobs on So You Think You Can Dance, the MTV Music Awards, and numerous TV commercials. Fueled by her successful foray in the world of professional dance, she decided to share her passion in an accessible way that inspires others to lead healthy and active lives. To pull off such an endeavor, she enlisted a team of talented instructors to help her cultivate a supportive and educational community where dancers of all fitness levels can get in shape during unique aerobic Ballet Blast fitness classes.
Bree and her team combine intense cardio with dancer-specific moves while blaring high-energy tunes, aiming to equip students with increased flexibility, slimmer waistlines, and lean muscles similar to those of ballerinas and drawn-and-quartered bodybuilders.
Offering classes specifically tailored to the abilities of children as young as 2, Exceleration Tumbling and Cheer helps students hone their gymnastics fundamentals and their teamwork skills. Introductory sessions teach youths how to perform basic rolls, cartwheels, and back bends while developing the strength, coordination, and flexibility needed to master more demanding techniques. If students choose to continue, they can build on these fundamentals and master everything from back handsprings to self levitation before learning how to work together as a team in a competition or performance setting. The center welcomes competitive cheerleading squads as well as any casual tumbling enthusiasts, allowing everyone to practice on the same, regulation-size floorspace.
