Clients can solicit Dana for a quick chair massage or request a more comprehensive deep-tissue massage to banish lower-layer tension and improve mobility.

As the only free-floating bones in the spine, the atlas and axis vertebrae are often the culprits responsible for neck pain, headaches, and a host of other maladies. Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
I continue to support students even when they give up on themselves because I don't give up on them. I'm their biggest cheerleader.
Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?
Yoga is non-competitive. The benefits come from patience, acceptance, compassion, non- judgement and calm presence. We encourage this attitude in every class.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
These classes are gentle and appropriate for almost every body. Expect to relax your mind and release tension from your body. Classes are in a comfortable wellness center and kept small for more individualized attention.
