During private and group yoga classes, she pulls poses from Iyengar and Hatha yoga while leading a flow of postures and breathing exercises that boost balance, endurance, and strength. To make sure each student gets the most out of the sessions, every sequence can be modified to suit experience level or a paralyzing fear of sweat. Kira further helps her guests blast past their fitness goals with other wellness boons, including meal plans, nutritional advice, and weight-loss blueprints.
