During the pole-dance basics class, students spin and swagger through a series of pole tricks, mastering how to slide in heels like glamorous baseball players.
At Diamond Rock, climbers of all abilities clamber over 3,000 square feet of textured, sculpted surfaces, challenging their bodies and minds to pull themselves ever higher.
