Q&A with the Marketing Director

Apart from your business's main attraction, do you offer any "hidden" services or activities that visitors are always delighted to learn about?
That Red's Tavern is located very close to the ropes course for people who want to eat afterwards.

I'm a first-timer. How do you get me ready for the experience?
Safety is our top priority. The smart belay harness system has two carabiner clips; when one is removed the other one stays locked in at all times. Before adventuring through the courses, one of our staff members will give you a brief training seminar.

What is the experience customers can expect, and how do you make it special?
Nomads Outdoor Adventure is Connecticut's new and exciting family-owned aerial adventure park. Platforms are constructed in the trees and connected by obstacles all over 9 acres of land. Get ready to be challenged by our rope bridges, free fall, skateboard, zip lines and more.

Hartford Symphony Orchestra's St. Patrick's Day Celebration regales ears with classic Celtic tunes commemorating the feast of Ireland's patron saint. Visiting from his usual perch at the Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra, conductor Gerald Steichen leads an army of instruments as it elevates the shimmering tenor of veteran singer Robert White, who has been nourishing auditory synapses since his radio debut in 1948. White fills listeners with Irish pride until they burst with clover leaves by belting out such distinctly Hibernian tunes as "Danny Boy," a slow, anthemic composition that resonates in the hearts of Irish emigrants. Renowned Irish fiddler Jeanne Freeman also fuels high-octane jigs with skills gleaned from County Donegal native P.V. O'Donnell.

The memory-preserving digitizers at MotoPhoto etch outdated images onto conveniently contemporary media. Three DVD transfers transmit home movies from tangle-prone VHS tapes onto easily storable and Frisbeeable DVDs. Add a mix of music, captions, and voiceovers to transform mundane family films into Oscar-worthy documentaries about childhood soccer games and the gritty politicized underbelly of noncompetitive piano recitals.

Carnivals provide some of the most striking memories of childhood, from the bright colors of whirring rides to the thrill each activity brings. Kids can now get that carnival taste most any time with Bounce About’s rentable inflatables and interactive games. The company’s staff delivers and sets up in customers’ backyards and creates safe, cushy, and sanitized play spaces where kids bounce and slide with all the work taken care of. Inflatables range from walled-in bounce houses with slide exits to inflatable obstacle courses and a bungee run. Many inflatables also come in a popular kids' theme, be it an intricate tiki obstacle course, a Justice League bounce house, or a castle just waiting for a kid who can commit to a four-year term as ruler.
