Tammy of Believers Fitness is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with experience in a range of fitness modalities. She specializes in a little bit of everything, from Zumba and Pilates to kickboxing and boot camps. She also leads R.I.P.P.E.D. classes that focus on resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, and endurance. Tammy is passionate about helping individuals of all fitness levels, and she can also design workout plans for organizations such as businesses and churches.
With Boot Camp Fitness Force, LLC, the ground is your floor mat, the street is your treadmill, and the tree limb is your pull-up bar. Here, outdoor boot-camp classes replace leisurely gym visits and sling bodies of all fitness levels through workouts that creatively make use of their surroundings. Trainers keep workouts engaging and fun by frequently changing the class’s location, introducing new challenges into every 75-minute session.
Since 1988, Midlothian Athletic Club has dedicated its 70,000 square feet to myriad forms of achieving healthy living. Whether members want to hone tennis and racquetball skills, break a sweat in group exercise classes such as spinning and BodyPump, or relax in a sauna, they can do it at the MAC. The staff troll a stock of cardio and strength-training equipment, including FreeMotion Elite weight machines, Life Fitness treadmills and ellipticals, and Precor machines, ready to dole out technique pointers. In 1997, Nancy Glenmore Tatum and Kevin Casey founded Glenmore Yoga & Wellness Center in their house's sunroom. Their operation's therapeutic blend of yoga, massage, and consultation services attracted a wide enough student base to necessitate three expansions, and Nancy and Kevin eventually settled in the Glen Eagles Shopping Center. They still uphold a central belief that "yoga is for everyone," and have upheld that philosophy by building a time machine to let the late Ben Franklin participate. Nancy and Kevin have also cultivated a nurturing community with resources such as workshops and teacher training that promote its growth.

With a lifetime's worth of experience—starting at the age of 3 and including a bachelor's in Theater and Dance from George Washington University—owner Eleanor Robertson heads an enthusiastic faculty.
Robertson’s favorite dances include West Coast swing and the cha-cha, both of which are among the 19 ballroom dances taught to any adult within the bright confines of the citrus-colored studio. Argentine tango milongas and dance parties take over in the evenings, allowing students to try out new steps with members of the broader dance community. The spacious studio seats 100 across its gleaming hardwood floors, and rows of mirrors enable those in movement classes⎯yoga and cardio dance are also on the schedule⎯to work on the balance and alignment of their vestigial tails.
