Since she was a teenager, Sandy Davenport’s determination to stay physically fit has earned her a resumé full of accomplishments, which include authoring her own fitness and lifestyle manual, designing corporate-wellness programs, and winning the Ms. Alabama Bodybuilding Championship twice. Dr. A. E. Miller’s path to Summit Dental was anything but direct. After manning a solo practice for 10 years, Dr. Miller sold it and moved to Hana, Maui, where he administered nonprofit dental services.
