New Life Martial Arts has programs for all ages—kids, adults, and seniors. Under the direction of black-belt Sensei Angie Warga, kids learn karate and valuable self-defense skills as well as discipline, respect, and coordination. Sensei Warga also holds classes for adults, during which she combines effective moves from styles such as karate, jujitsu, tae kwon do, and muay thai. New Life Martial Arts also hosts fitness-for-seniors classes as well as fitness and conditioning classes for adults. New Life Martial Arts has been named by the Daytona Beach News Journal's reader choice award as the best martial arts dojo for 2012, as well as being a member of the Port Orange-South Daytona chamber of commerce.

Kula Yoga’s Sanskrit namesake means "family" or "community," a sentiment the staff of certified instructors strives to reflect in the nonjudgmental, inclusive atmosphere of the yoga studio. Teachers guide pupils of all skill levels through yoga styles in a variety of difficulty levels, including beginner-friendly Hatha classes that acquaint students to the yoga’s foundational poses, simple breathing exercises, and secret handshakes. Instructors keep the practice space’s muted walls and gleaming hardwood floors warm during heated Vinyasa stretch sessions, where experienced students flow through a vigorous sequence of athletic postures, including advanced full inversions, to build strength, flexibility, and balance.
At Elite Muay Thai, a team of martial-arts instructors passes martial-arts wisdom to trainees in a range of daily classes. Day and nighttime classes include muay thai kickboxing, jiujitsu, mixed martial arts, and general fitness.
The instructors of Cherise’s Heavenly Fitness structure their lessons to adhere to the club slogan, “Where friendships are made and bodies are changed.” Instructors, including AFAA-certified Kelli Durrance, believe that when people have fun at the gym, they're more likely to continue their fitness regime (plus a little fun during exercise never hurt anyone). Whether sweating in a Zumba class, strengthening in a yoga session, or bench-pressing legal documents in a boot-camp class, students are surrounded by like-minded folk ready to slim their torsos and share a smile.
