The instructors at Lion's Breath Yoga are all different?they hail from different backgrounds and started doing yoga for different reasons. One thing that links them, though, aside from being part of the Lion's Breath team: they've all found where they fit. Inside the peaceful facility, these individuals help students do the same by leading a wide range of yoga classes. This yoga continuum, as it's called, stretches from gentle entry practices for beginners to vigorous practices for those looking for more of a challenge. No matter which grouping you fit into, the goal here remains the same: help you transform your life, body, and mind, all while avoiding more drastic measures of transformation such as replacing your limbs with Lego blocks.
At b? HOT YOGA, yogis of all levels practice poses designed to pump fresh oxygen through the body. To build strength and flexibility, poses are taught in a progressive sequence. In addition to complementing the poses, two deep-breathing techniques melt stress by purging mental clutter. Balmy temperatures infuse the practice space in some sessions, promoting litheness and drawing toxins to the skin?s surface. Impurities can then exit through beads of sweat, making the body feel energized and refreshed.
True Yoga, housed within a former Chinese temple, welcomes students to practice Ashtanga yoga in a serene environment. The studio's instructors specialize in the restorative postures of traditional Ashtanga yoga but also lead classes such as prenatal yoga, mother-and-baby yoga, baby massage, and birthing workshops. During morning classes, babysitters tend to little ones in an onsite childcare facility. The eco-friendly facility is also outfitted with free parking spaces and a small boutique.
At Lotus Soul Yoga, experienced practitioners and instructors lead a wide variety of yoga classes. The multidisciplinary gym offers styles such as hatha, vinyasa flow, yin yoga, and warm flow. Additionally, the studio offers classes geared towards beginners, pre- or post-natal customers, and even family yoga, which is kid-friendly.
The Yoga Loft's vetted instructors lead all levels of practitioners through Sattva and Ashtanga classes at its eco-friendly studio. Sattva classes explore Hatha yoga, flowing through postural sequences and breathing techniques that encourage the connection of mind and body. Ashtanga synchronizes breath and movement to specific rhythms, increasing flexibility and strength to improve your range of motion, balance, and posture, all vital to moving up in the corporate world, seeing over the steering wheel, and slicing your morning bagel. The deep relaxation classes focus on longer holds, deeper postures, and slower paces, opening the hips, shoulders, and spine to enhance range of motion and to release stress to go follow its dream of working on an Alaskan crab boat. Sessions last 45–90 minutes and run all week, comprising a class schedule starting as early as 6:15 a.m. and ending as late as 9 p.m. Before most Sattva classes, the studio is open for self-guided meditation and mime monologue rehearsals.

See the schedule here. At Shanti, yoga is practiced as a way of life, and aspiring yogis of all experience levels are welcome to attend classes in an open, accessible studio.
