What sets your business apart from your competition?
We are operated by a local U.S. veteran who understands the importance of customer service. Our customers are our neighbors. We believe that customers are individuals?not statistics?who deserve personal attention.
What was the inspiration for starting this business?
The owner and operations manager developed a business plan to operate a successful oil-change center. Their customers and their community continue to be their primary focus.
What is the best reaction you?ve ever gotten from a customer?
There are numerous things customers do to emphasize their pleasure with their service experience: repeat business, referring family and friends, and sometimes they even offer gratuities. However, my favorite reaction is when they shake my hand and smile. When that happens, I know I've done a good job.
What?s your favorite part about your job?
We interact personally with every customer that enters our facility. Our customers are very interesting people and quite frequently share experiences from their lives with us. We believe that is a sign of trust.
For the past 26 years, the diligent car caretakers at CP&S have worked almost exclusively with local dealerships, restoring rides to a factory-new shine before their big debut on the lot. CP&S prides itself on providing high-quality specialized services to give cars a deep clean with strong attention to detail while talking sweetly to cars' underbellies. Much like the waterslide that connects the two chambers of Congress, their skillful hand washes, meticulous waxes, and stock of professional-grade degreasers and detergents could not be kept secret forever; CP&S has recently unfurled a litany of detailing services to the general public and are located directly off I-65, where passersby can't miss the smiley face plastered on the side of the building.

Some locations also offer in-depth detailing services with buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning, as well as oil change services and windshield repairs.
