Getting in shape after giving birth can be difficult; taking care of the baby takes a lot of time and leaves bodies weary and sapped of energy. Stroller Strides understands these common struggles and has designed an exercise regimen with new mothers in mind. All you need to get started is you, your baby, and a stroller. The classes, taught by specially trained instructors, usually take place outdoors and consist of a warm-up, a buggy-bandying power walk, and interval stations where participants do a variety of body-toning exercises. Instructors provide everyone with exercise tubing and, in the event of a fussy-baby episode, will show you exercises you can do with your baby. Classes are appropriate for children who still ride in strollers, age 6 weeks and older.
Boot Camp Nation's experienced instructors re-ignite languid bodies with fun, challenging, and supportive boot-camp classes for people of all ages and fitness levels. Conducted in scenic sites such as parks and recreational areas, Co-ed Boot Camp joins men and women in a competitive camp designed to push bodies to their limits to achieve fitness goals, such as to drop a pants size, bulk up to a heavyweight, or drop a heavy weight on an enemy’s foot. Coed camp offers flexible class scheduling two times a day at two locations five days a week, and a Saturday morning class available to sculpt bodies into semblances of Greek statues of Herculean demigods or average Joes and Josephines, who for some reason own a Pegasus.

More than 8,000 square feet of space comprise RedPoint, a climbing gym set in a renovated warehouse. Nearly every inch has been set aside for towering climbing walls and exercise equipment to help climbers shore up their skills.
Within these confines, a team of instructors is on hand to teach the skills needed to conquer the facility’s tricky bouldering routes. They can also teach the fundamentals of belaying, which will help you to scale any of the more than 30 onsite climbing stations for top roping, lead climbing, or washing windows on the state capitol building. Back at ground level, you can tone your physique on pull-up bars, rowing machines, and Olympic weights as well as in CrossFit classes, which work on building core strength and overall fitness. The facility also hosts various kid-focused activities such as lock-ins, birthday parties, and corporate retreats for mountain goats.
Love 2 Dance Fitness’s sergeant-at-arms, Tonya Caballero, oversees a high-octane schedule of fun, energetic fitness classes. Zumba classes mix aerobic exercise with an atmosphere as festive as party hats roasting on an open fire, as a certified instructor leads up to 25 students through muscle-toning moves set to Latin and international rhythms. Alternatively, hip-hop cardio flows through a workout of breaks, locks, crackles, and pops set to classic beats.
