Melissa Narron, the co-owner of Botanicals Salon & Spa, never stops learning. After graduating with business and cosmetology degrees, the nine-year beauty veteran has obtained abundant hands-on experience. She has been a Redken color specialist since 2004, to say nothing of her credentials with California Smooth, Mirabella Beauty, CosMedix, and OPI—Melissa's a mani-pedi technician, too. With her training and practice as guidance, she and her team pamper and primp clients with a robust menu of services, including mud wraps, hot-stone massages, and mani-pedis as single treatments or components of luxurious spa packages.

In a quarter-century of professional experience, TJ Parker has approached the beauty industry from many different angles. She has managed upscale day spas, competed in hair shows, taught classes at John Robert Powers, and done hair and makeup for photographers. Currently, she owns Cameo Salon and Spa, a full-service business devoted to building beauty from clients’ natural features and suggestions from their style-savvy spirit animals. The salon’s menu boasts hair, nail, and skin treatments, the latter of which focuses on clearing complexions with natural remedies such as mud, oatmeal, and vitamin blends.
