The instructors at Core Combat Sports Center teach students the various disciplines of Muay Thai kickboxing, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and boxing, but their primary focus is Krav Maga. Designed by the Israeli military, Krav Maga emphasizes real-world self-defense skills.
