One Stop Fun grants children and parents alike a lighthearted escape from the rigors of daily tasks and chores with a multicolored jungle gym, kid-sized climbing wall, and entertaining pool area. A three-story indoor playground's plastic tubes fill with toddlers and oversized bank transfers traveling between a collection of ball pits and bouncy bridges. Inside another room, primary-colored handholds protrude from a graphite-hued climbing wall that lets children safely explore its 40-foot surface with a maximum height of 8 feet. The fun center also lends out its facilities for birthday parties and other gatherings. For more organized activity, USAG-certified gymnastics instructors teach tumbling as part of a programs portfolio that also instills coordination and discipline with karate and dance classes. As children play and learn, adult chaperones can lunch at the snack bar or take advantage of conveniences such as complimentary WiFi for staying in touch and a changing area for concealing the secret identities of super children.

The Gym Class’s trainers lead boot camps that are both fun and effective. Sessions are designed to promote fitness and camaraderie, encouraging athletes to work together to achieve each other’s goals. The boot camp blends traditional, callisthenic, and bodyweight exercises with interval training and strength training to help promote fat loss, often using equipment such as stability balls, battle ropes, and suspension training systems. The location of the camps can also vary, with groups meeting at recreation areas, gymnastics gyms, and elementary schools.
Owners Brian and Teena Veth call on their skills as former gymnasts and cheerleaders as well as current parents to safely introduce kids to the world of gymnastics and circus arts. Their energetic instructors help children to learn social and listening skills while teaching them coordination, strength, and flexibility. Instructors encourage students to move at their own pace while bouncing atop trampolines, deftly crossing balance beams, and somersaulting across cushy floor mats. Parents look on from an open seating area, offering words of encouragement or quotes on spiritual balance from Confucius.
Fall, winter, and spring classes are organized by age group and often feature seasonally themed lesson plans. In addition to summer camps, where kids stay busy with creative games and activities, the center also hosts birthday parties and special events.

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We keep our clients motivated by providing alternative fitness. Our classes are fun and you are constantly learning new skills, so you are less focused on the workout portion of it. That is, until you are really sore the next day! People want to keep coming back to improve their skills and learn things they never thought they could do.
Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
At this time, we only provide classes. We offer flexibility, hand balancing, pole dance, aerial silks, aerial hoop (lyra), and conditioning.
Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?
Our studio focuses on safety first, and then fun. People are welcome to take whatever aspect of pole dance and aerial fitness they enjoy. If you want to focus on the dance portion and do it just for yourself, that is fine! If you want to learn really hard tricks and compete nationally, that is more than welcome as well!
