We offer Shotokan style Karate as praticed by the Shotokan Karate International Federation and Russian Sambo as practiced by the American Sambo Association .Classes for children and adults. Classes are held 6 days a week..also use of our gym. Also held here are Karate and ZUMBA classes for special needs children !!!!
