Diners seated in what used to be the Frasinetti's east cellar sate themselves on handcrafted Italian lunch and dinner dishes, surrounded by huge vats evoking the 112-year-old winery’s storied past. Dinners commence with starters such as crostini slathered in grilled brie and red-pepper chutney ($10) or steamed clams in white-wine sauce ($9). Next, certified non-android servers bring out entrees such as seafood manicotti, a mix of salmon, scallops, and crab packed in pasta ($15). Pine-nut-gorgonzola butter adds a zesty twist to the 12-ounce center-cut prime rib ($25), and the regal Atlantic salmon rests on a bed of mushroom risotto ($19), like an eccentric rice baron.

Jerk chicken, goat curry, and ackee and salt fish highlight some of the island's notable dishes, and the chefs use halal-certified meats whenever possible. At the same time, the menu features vegan- and vegetarian-friendly options.

Seated under banners displaying the colors of Mexico's flag, diners at Pepe's Taqueria dig into authentic dishes such as homemade tamales, lengua tacos, and carnitas tostadas. A salsa bar with three different offerings allows guests to decide the spice level of their dish, such as mild or Donny Osmond hot. For the folks at Bisla's, any occasion is liable to ignite a party. The sports bar trots out drink specials for the usual stuff—the NBA draft, UFC championships, and the MLB All-Star game; but even the with nonstop, wall-to-wall sports coverage on their flat screens, the staff can't help themselves from dreaming up new causes for celebration. On a given night, patrons are likely to walk into live music, or partake in the ever-popular College Night, in which revelers relive their undergrad days by reading silently at the bar. Wednesdays give patrons the opportunity to soak in country music.

On the off chance Bisla's isn't crackling with the kinetic energy of revelry, the staff makes up for it with a salvo of happy-hour specials. Mondays bring dollar tacos, Tuesdays bring 50-cent wings, and Thursdays bring sliders for a dollar. Every other day of the week, the cooks keep busy plating classic bar food, such as half-pound Angus burgers. Lunch is served beginning at 11 a.m.
