Boarding On The Lake is positioned right off Folsom Lake, a short trot from the beach and located near hundreds of miles of trails. This prime location lets horse owners hop atop their horses and be on the trail in minutes, rather than spending hours hitching up a trailer to transport their steed to a spot with good riding. Dedicated staffers keep the stalls, covered paddocks, and other facilities shipshape, and Boarding On The Lake?s owners are onsite as often as possible to ensure that everything is working smoothly. They've also set up a picnic area where guests can sit down and eat their lunch, instead of grazing on the high-quality alfalfa and grass reserved for the horses.

After the birth of her twin boys, personal trainer Amy L. George needed a way to combine her passion for her kids and for fitness. Soon, Get Movin’ Momma was born, too. She helps moms-to-be stay fit throughout their pregnancies and guides new moms through routines that help them get back in shape with or without their little ones in tow for workouts. Amy also has classes for moms and their preschoolers that are more effective than simply chasing a preschooler or chasing a preschooler who’s running on a treadmill. Moms also turn to her for me time with personal-training sessions and boot camps.
