LA Boxing offers fitness classes in boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts. The proprietary style of the LA Boxing workout is a mixture of genuine fight training, engaging fitness, and stronger-than-earth gravity. Quasi-boxers and martial artists may burn from 800 to more than 1,000 calories during these total-body routines, which combine external inspiration with jukes, jabs, and kicks. Both men and women are welcome in the ring, where they'll learn new techniques and methods to blissfully break into a sweat in an energetic group setting. Gloves are provided during the one-month trial membership, as are a set of reusable pro-quality hand wraps and complimentary motivational mumbling from Burgess Meredith (all three subject to availability).

Bello and her staff guide students of all levels through myriad poses during her classes. They focus on goals such as improving posture and alleviating pain in the lower back and dorsal fins.
At OC Fitness Boot Camp, exercise isn’t just about summoning an instant endorphin rush or fitting into a smaller pair of jeans a few weeks down the line. It’s about helping people live longer, healthier lives. Held at scenic parks and beaches, workouts help participants cultivate a love of fitness that endures when life throws them a curveball or a water balloon filled with chocolate pudding. Here, participants of all fitness levels cheer one another toward goals during strength-building exercises such as burpees, squats, push-ups, and sit-up variations. In addition to torching calories, running and jumping drills fill the group with energy, like a pep rally led by anthropomorphic lightning bolts. A seasoned instructor oversees each camper, doling out exercise demos, technique tips, and a hearty dose of motivation.
Sumits yoga is an original style of yoga, created by yogi Sumit Banerjee, that blends hot yoga with ashtanga-inspired power flow. By integrating the core principles of these practices, Banerjee has created an energizing style that focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and intricate models of tanks inside oversized bottles. Sumits' classes welcome all types of students, from simple stretchers to Gumby-esque gurus. Check out the upcoming schedule to determine which 10 classes are best for transforming your body into a bendy straw. Students are asked to bring their own mat, towel, and water bottle.
