In a typical lesson, riders are first paired with a horse that suits their size and skill level. Then, they get acquainted with the animal by practicing basic grooming and handling skills and learning where the "On" button is located.

As they enter the training circle at Curves, female guests come face-to-face with the smiles of other women.
