CrossFit North Mesquite's vast gym space doesn't look very full at first glance. Pull-up bars sit close to walls, wall ball targets made of tape hovering above them. One whole corner of the room contains nothing but tractor tires, weight plates, and kettlebells. The rest of the floor sits basically empty. The trainers, however, make use of every square inch of this space during their daily exercise regimens, combining sprints, gymnastics, weightlifting, and plyometric exercises into new workouts each day.
