Kimm Watson, the licensed massage therapist of Massage & Bodywork, customizes each and every treatment to the needs of her clients. She mixes body-wrap solutions and sugar or salt scrubs by hand just moments before the treatment using dried herbs, Dead Sea salts, and five kinds of clay. Sugar or salt scrubs also include the client’s choice of more than 30 essential oils. Kimm personalizes her full-body massages with a combination of Swedish, deep-tissue, craniosacral, and acupressure techniques to relieve muscle tension and stiffness caused by recurring dreams that you’re a pretzel. She’s been licensed since 2006 and holds certifications from both the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and the American Massage Therapy Association.
Carolyn Durham always knew that she wanted to help people, and found that the path to her life's true calling ran through the field of massage therapy. At Advanced Neuromuscular Therapeutics, Carolyn and four other therapists—all graduates of the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy—treat clients with six different massage modalities. Among these, Swedish massages gently relax muscles, and prenatal services help treat aches and pains felt in the lower back and throughout the body during pregnancy. The team especially relishes its work with clients suffering from chronic pain related to accidents, injuries, or rehab.

Barbara specializes in deep-tissue massage and myofascial release, therapies that focus on rooting out entrenched tension, whereas Clint makes his clients' skin glow brighter than a lightning bug’s brief self-esteem with facials and scrubs.
