The Holiday Food & Gift Festival brings together exhibitors, food vendors, and a slice of Santaland. Artisans forge jewelry, crafts, sculptures, and photography that pile atop exhibition tables to form glittering mountains of potential presents or targets for hatchet-throwing practice. Handmade toys and the irrepressible sparkle of Christmas décor capture the attention of thousands of annual attendees. A vast food court dishes out sweet servings of chocolate alongside hearty heaps of pastas, meats, and specialty sauces.

Murray Ross has been artistic director of Theatreworks almost since the company was founded in 1975. In his 30 years at the helm, he has adapted and written more than 100 works for the stage. His pen has carved out originals such as I am Nikola Tesla as well as adaptions of Huckleberry Finn and Plato's Symposium. These have all seen life at the Dusty Loo Bon Vivant Theater, an intimate venue that allows for dynamic, ever-changing stage configurations.

For 20 years, the annual Southern Brewers Festival has been inviting guests to raise a glass and toast to good beer, good music, and doing good in the community. Held along the 21st Century Waterfront, the event seeks to introduce beer lovers to more than 100 crafts brews from 60 microbreweries?Southern Tier, Foothills, and Chattanooga Brewing, to name a few?with a focus on those headquartered within the Southeastern United States. Providing the soundtrack to the suds fest are live sets from the following bands: Gov't Mule, moe., Soulive, Greensky Blue Grass, Cabinet, Randall Bramblett & Friends, and AJ Ghent. And, best of all, guests can feel good knowing that 100% of proceeds from the beer-based event are donated to Chattanooga's Kids on the Block and the Chattanooga Community Kitchen.

The world's a big place, and filled with delicious things to eat. At the World Food Festival, organizers take the travel out of culinary adventures, gathering more than 60 international artisans at Cheyenne Mountain Resort for a one-day expo of flavors from around the globe. From the local barbecue experts to international coffee roasters bearing fair-trade Ugandan beans, the artisan exhibitors will expand guests' horizons on subjects ranging from wine-making and tea imports to delicate pastry techniques. After discovering fresh sauces at a cooking demo or taking in a live music or dance performance, attendees can pop over to the Market Bazaar. There, they'll find an international array of non-edible goods include jewelry and fabrics.
