Q&A with Kylie Pleskach, General Manager

Are there any dishes on the menu you consider to be a hidden gem—not necessarily the most popular, but surprisingly delicious?
Our Meatball Hoagie is made with three homemade meatballs and topped with sauce and mozzarella cheese on a hoagie roll and toasted. The meatballs are really delicious.

In your own words, how would you describe your menu?
Our menu features appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and flatbread pizzas made with specialty cheeses, spreads, and breads. Choose one of our creations on the menu or create your own flatbread or sandwich! ... Our signature sandwich is our 3D Club, a two-tiered statement with ham, turkey, bacon, and cheddar toasted on marbled rye and topped with lettuce, tomato, and herbed mayonnaise.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We also have two golf simulators, a hunting simulator, two pool tables, two dart boards, and a juke box. We are a two-level building with the pool hall in the lower level, golf simulators and bar in the upper level, and seating on both levels.

Frozen lakes, snowy hills, and warm ocean waves are transformed into arenas over which to slip and slide, thanks to the experienced instructors at Kite Club NY. During private and group lessons, they teach students how to strap into skis, snowboards, or surfboards, take the reins of a kite, and harness the wind's power. Kiteboarders learn techniques such as riding one-handed, leaping into the air, and even riding uphill.

With one of the largest snow tubing hills in northern New York, Maple Ridge Snow Park entertains families and winter weather fanatics with its prowess for cylindrical recreation. Careen down 1,200 feet of packed sky powder while enjoying the stomach-flipping thrills from the 100-foot vertical drop. Save energy for the descent and let a complimentary tube tow drag your raft back up the hill and away from the snow angels lobbing snowballs at the bottom of the knoll. The outdoor center is equipped with a warming area complete with game tables, concessions, and body-snuggling temperatures to thaw out chilled appendages.
