Dave Fannin remembers when treadmills were found only in doctors’ offices. As someone who has watched the fitness industry evolve since his first front-desk job at a gym in 1984, it’s no surprise that his weight-loss programs incorporate a wide range of techniques. Camp Gladiator founder Ally Davidson’s childhood obsession with the outdoors and sports led her to pursue a degree in exercise physiology. The certified trainers of Fit 30 Boot Camp help clients lose up to 15 pounds in a month with fun, motivational, and challenging calisthenics classes held outdoors. Dedicated trainers help clients sculpt bendable bodies in workouts with calorie-burning buffets of push-ups, crunches, jumping jacks, and wrestling matches against alligators.
