Fort Worth Camera's camera mavens cater to burgeoning photographers with educational classes and an albums' worth of in-store photo services. For a basic overview of camera usage, students can bring their cameras, charged batteries, and manuals along to the Buttons & Knobs class to acquaint themselves with their digital apparatus. The Digital 101–Photo 1 class shepherds shutterbugs preferring compact and SLR cameras through sessions covering basic photo skills, such as selectively using focus, framing a subject, cropping a frame into fields of three, and intimidating picture subjects into uttering elongated "ee" sounds. Digital 101–Photo 2 wades deeper into the waters of the SLR, exploring the relationship between shutter speed, aperture, ISO, and the tiny picture elves living within the camera box.

Psychic Eye Visions has thrived for nearly two decades. That's thanks to its staff of psychics, who act as sound advisors for their clients. Using tarot cards, palm lines, or psychic energy as their guide, the psychics help clear up any murky issues for customers. That can mean giving them insight into a romantic relationship, offering career advice, or even connecting them with a loved one who has passed away.

Drawing on 15 years of industry experience, Locations Photography's Tammy Graham hones students' photo-trapping skills with comprehensive introductory courses. Aspiring photographers bring their own cameras to the 90-minute studio classes, during which they explore their instrument's basic abilities and the myriad functions that often encumber digital cameras. The expert instructor imparts cautionary tales against common beginner pitfalls and lighting techniques that help reduce overexposure and hammy shadows. Students will also learn posing tips to successfully capture friends and family in natural environments or coax smiles out of stubborn statues.
