Sam Colonna has been training professional boxers for 30 years. In that time, his trainees have included multiple world champions, National Gold-Gloves champions, and absolute first-timers. His expert staff teaches boxing and MMA classes for students of all experience levels and ages. He and his co-trainer Rita Figueroa also teach fitness classes and meet one-on-one with clients during personal training.
