Robert P. Tolnai and his crew of insured and trained workers use their expertise to perform handy services, restoring the insides and outsides of homes to their original beauty. Inside, they go beyond standard room painting by repairing plaster and matching textures, and on the outside, they glaze windows, replace wood, and finish decks, all of which they guarantee to meet their clients’ satisfaction.
The greener the earth is, the fewer gallons of toxic paint the government uses to paint fields and forests green. J & J Professional Cleaning does its part to keep the earth naturally verdant by employing innovative and environmentally friendly techniques. Its technicians scour the carpets of homes and office spaces with nontoxic cleaning agents. Using a cleaning technology that's low moisture—unlike a marine biologist's bag lunch—technicians ensure quicker drying time, improved indoor air quality, and longer lives for carpets. In addition to improving the carpet's appearance and quality, the cleaning solves stain and odor problems by destroying bacteria nestled deep into fibers. J & J Professional Cleaning can also restore tile and linoleum floors to their original state by replacing old wax and waving a water vacuum over the area like a magic wand.

Besides making clients happy, what do you like most about your job?
Building the lasting friendships with customers while bringing their property back to its original luster.
Sometimes it's all about the little things in life. What supplemental courtesies do you include with your main services to leave clients with a smile on their face?
I don't try to up-sell every service offered by my company. I also give examples of all the services offer. Then I complete the chosen tasks better than expected, often throwing something in on top.
How is your approach different than that of other professionals in your field?
I encourage positive and professional experiences with customers, which in turn generate lasting relationships.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
I chose to serve my country overseas. Today, as a service-disabled veteran, I apply the same dedication when serving my customers.
The team at Adams Complete Cleaning & Restoration Co. understands that the home is a source of pride and a huge investment, and nothing can compare to the pain of having that investment tarnished. Should such a tragedy occur, Adams’ expert technicians are there to assist with services such as water mitigation, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, and sewage cleanup. They also specialize in ordinary cleaning, including carpet and upholstery cleaning, wall washing, and tile and grout treatments.
Smoke billows from the windows of a white 1,200-square-foot trailer home as water pours from its busted pipes, soaking the carpet as the drywall buckles and blackens. This is a regular day at Jack's House, Rainbow International's training facility and monument to long-time employee Jack White, who ascended to Vice President of Technical Services. Inside, Rainbow International technicians practice the science of restoration through an endless cycle of destruction and renewal. Given that the company's first location opened in 1981, Jack's House rivals Paris Hilton's ability to create disasters that attract disciples; people travel from more than 250 franchises in the United States and Canada to learn and maintain skills that have earned them all IICRC certification in water restoration.
The crew at Rainbow International of Macomb belongs to this network and brings hands-on education and high-pressure heat-cleaning systems to sites ravaged by fires and floods. Part and parcel with their restoration expertise, they clean textiles and hard surfaces such as grout and tile and take a particular interest in mold removal. They will present full documentation of the job's scope before starting work, and take photos before, during, and after the project is complete for your house to show to its friends.
